Children can participate in a trial lesson from age four to assess their readiness for group classes. Then, based on our instructors' evaluation, we recommend the best program for your child to achieve maximum benefits from Taekwondo training.

4. Are there any risks associated with learning martial arts?

At our school, practicing Taekwondo is entirely safe and fun for anyone, regardless of fitness level. Our experienced instructors offer attentive guidance and teach techniques gradually, according to each student's pace. We have a staff of certified instructors to supervise, teach, and motivate students on their Taekwondo journey. Master instructors lead classes with a 4th-degree black belt or higher and possess years of experience in training and teaching. At our institute, certified staff members are trained under the guidance of our masters to provide additional assistance to students.
